Generic Estimate

You can create Generic Estimate for jobs that does not require the complexity of Print Estimating, but still require printing details. You simply add Services, Materials and Despatch costs in the Estimating module.

Creating a Generic Estimate

Navigation

Main Menu > Customers > Quotations > New > Estimate > Generic Estimate

1. Description - Enter a description for the Estimate.
2. Services - The user can manually add whatever Services are required to produce this job.
3. Material - This is where Material Items can be added to the Quote.
4. Despatch - The delivery options for this job are specified here.
5. Costs - This shows a summary of all the costs on the estimate.
6. Pricing - Any markup or adjustment to this quote can be done here.
7. Add Qty - This field allows users to capture how much of the item is required.
