The BOSPrint Workflow module provides a Customer File, Supplier File and Staff File by default. You are able to customise the module titles and add or remove Files in the Workspace Setup.
The Customer, Supplier and Staff File interface works exactly the same as the Workflow module. However you can set-up unique Settings and Actions for each one relevant to their purpose in your business.
Main Menu > Workspace > Customer File / Supplier File / Staff File > View
You can also navigate between the Customer, Supplier and Staff File in the Shortcut Menu.
The Customer File is a Workflow module which serves as a document manager where Customer documentation and information can be easily stored and accessed. For more, click here.
The Supplier File is a Workflow module which serves as a document manager where you can store - and easily access - Supplier documentation and information. For more, click here.
The Staff File is a Workflow module and acts as a useful document manager where you can store - and easily access - all Staff documentation and information. For more, click here.
The Data filters, Menus and Add buttons will be specific to the title of the selected File, and the action that was specified during Workspace Setup.
