- Details - Enter the Customer, Contact and User Fields details.
- Category - Depending on the quantity required, select if this is a Litho or digital print.
- Size - Select the appropriate size from the dropdown list.
- Add Qty - Type in the value of the quantity needed on the print job. Click Add Qty.
- Item - Select the Pre-Press items required for the job.
- Quantity - Enter the number required.
- Exclude check box - Check this box if you wish to exclude the Items price from the overall Quote price.
- Add - Select the printer from the dropdown list. This depends on how many pages there are per magazine, and how many copies of the magazine are ordered. Litho is typically used for high volume print jobs, however, if a magazine has many pages, the cost to produce so many plates might be too high, and digital printing might prove more profitable.
- Select Section - Select Bookwork, BW or Mag - DL... and the appropriate page selection, based on the printer and cover specifications.
- Edit Section - Change the Repeats number to ensure the number of pages produced equates to the Quantity required.
- Select Ink - Choose the ink needed for front or back, or front and back.
- Select Press - Select the appropriate Press and Running Options and click Next.
- Edit Printing - This screen allows you to make changes to the Imposition, Press, Material and make Notes.
- Edit Paper - Select the paper for the job.
- Cut out - Check that the cutout diagram and waste percentage (W%) are acceptable. Click Next.
- Summary - Review the summary page with the summary of the job spec. Click Finish.

Specify how this order will be delivered to the client. Click the Packaging drop down menu and select what the work will be packaged in and select the Destination.
If quantities and markup needs to be changed you can do so here.
Click Output and select if you would like to send the quotation via printed copy, or Email. You can also preview what the quotation letter looks like first to make sure you’re happy with it before sending it to client.
