The Workspace gives you a space to manage Reminders and view Indicators, i.e., what needs to be done and what has been done.
In addition, you can create and customise various Workflow modules used to track Customer and Supplier transactions and contacts.
When running QuickEasy in docked mode, you can position the Workspace module to the left or the right of QuickEasy's other modules. This allows you to effectively work simultaneously in two modules. I.e., view an enquiry on the right while doing the Quotation on the left.

The following is important to do first before attempting to use the Workspace modules.
Setting up the Workspace module involves setting up the visible Workflow items.
Navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Settings & Defaults > Settings > Workspace > Modules and click Edit.

Accessibility must first be set-up for the Workspace menu to be visible. Set up access in Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Edit Staff > Settings > Workspace > User access (Select Modules) - Edit.
A Workflows window will appear allowing you to select the Modules that will be accessible to the selected User. See image below:
Once you have selected the desired Modules, click OK, Save and Restart BOSPrint to apply the new changes.
Now the Workspace Module will be available in the Main Menu.
