The Calendar is your management and communications tool that brings individuals together in a team, or a business. It also brings clarity and removes confusion on daily tasks and activities.
User Access must be set in order to Edit the Company Calendar. To do so, navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Edit Staff Member > Settings > Calendar > Editing of Company Calendar allowed - Yes

You're able to specify the visible days of the week and working hours for the Time Grid View.

7. Right-click on Event - By right-clicking on an Event, you are provided with the following additional functionality:

9. Time - This red line displays the current day time.
Main Menu > CRM > Calendar > Double-click in Calendar / Right-click and select New Event / Right-click on existing Event and select Open
4. Start time - Here you are able to enter the event's start date and time.
5. End time - Here you are able to enter the event's end date and time.
6. All day event - Check this box if the event will last for the whole day.
7. Show time as - Here you can select how the time will be logged against the User attending the event. You are able to select form the following statuses:
8. Note - Any additional notes regarding the event can be entered here.
9. Recurrence - If an Event is recurring, click this button.
a. Event time - Here you can specify the event's Start and End time. The Duration field will be calculated automatically.
b. Recurrence pattern - Here you can specify the recurrence pattern by selecting the recurrence period and days.
c. Range of recurrence - Here you can specify when the recurring event will stop.
d. Remove recurrence - Click this button to remove the recurrence from the event.
