A Balance Sheet is a financial report that shows you what a business is worth at any given point in time, and breaks the business up into Assets, Liabilities and Equity. This report can be printed or emailed.

Main Menu > Accounting > Balance Sheet > View

1. Filter - The Filter field allows you to filter the Branch and Date. The Date allows you to select which date you wish to view the Balance Sheet. It defaults to Today.
2. Show all - By checking the Show all check-box and then clicking View, all the transactions will be shown in the data grid.
3. Previous Year - This shows you the values of the Assets, Liabilities and Equity as at the previous year.
4. Selected Date - This shows you the values of the Assets, Liabilities and Equity as at the specified date.
5. Growth - This calculates the difference between the Previous Year and the Selected Date.
6. Chart - A Stacked Columns chart is automatically generated to display the data visually.
