The best way to ensure your customers remain your customers is to take care of them through exceptional service. The best way to do that is to create comprehensive Customer records that contain the essentials, such as contact details and invoicing details, as well as data that will ensure they have the best user experience with the business.
BOS provides a 'single truth' about each customer to every customer-facing employee. This means that there are no duplicate, out-dated or isolated customer records. The business has access to the most current, most accurate version of the customer's details, including useful, personal notes, one one central system.

Here you can list customer as a company with unlimited contacts per company, or as an individual. A specific Rep can be assigned to a customer.

A Customer's Status must be listed as Active to be available in all modules. See image below:
User Fields allows you to organise data that the business needs to see, but is not part of the built-in module fields. Find more about User Fields in Settings & Defaults and Base Concepts.
When creating User Fields for the Customer Module, make sure to select Customers in the Module drop-down list.

Once you created the User Fields for the Customers Module in Settings & Defaults, you can enter the data for each Customer in the Customers Edit window under the User Fields tab.
