How to archive
a Moodle-course 

It is recommended to archive the old Moodle courses.

A Moodle course can be archived after all activities in the course have ended.  

By archiving a completed Moodle course, Moodle automatically takes care of the statutory storing period of the students' coursework as well as destruction of them.
