Prepare slides as usual with PowerPoint.
Record the presentation: Choose ”SlideShow” from the menu → ”Record Slide Show”. While recording, you can also add narration to the presentation.
Save the presentation as a MPEG 4-video file type and you will get a video of the recorded presentation.
