Take a look into different tools. Try them. O365 will guide your and there are excellent guide books also available (just try for example the basics only).

What I did?
I have used O365 for different needs in training and learning: OneDrive as a cloud storage, Teams for collaborating and sharing, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. for creating documents and presentations alone or with my colleaques, Skype for videoconferencing and online meetings and Forms for collecting information.
