O365, Class Notebook, booking group works

• Log in univetsity's O365 account (http://office365.oulu.fi/).

• Choose Class Notebook from the home page.

• Create a new notebook.

• Add the wanted contents, students and other teachers.

• You can continue and edit the notebook later. You can create the contents beforehand (or upgrade previous version) and add students when ever, too.

• Creating the notebook is guided step by step!

• You can find Collaborate space in menu on the left side of the screen.

I used Class Notebook for sharing group works during a project work. I shared the group works in a collaborative space in Notebook. Collaborative space is visible all the students and teachers who have access to the notebook. The students booked their group works, and everyone was able to see the booking situation in realtime. Everyone was able to see also all the groups and members in those, and students without a group or a pair find eachother.
