What is this for?

Eduhouse's range of courses offers diverse trainings for digital skills development, such as Excel, Teams and other Microsoft 365 topics. In addition, there are many trainings that make it easier to operate in digital environment, such as security, accessibility, social media and time management.


Subject areas, e.g.:

  • Microsoft 365: Excel, Teams, Power BI, Power Point, Planner

  • Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere

  • GDPR and Information Security

  • Time Management and Remote Work Capabilities

  • Social media channels at work

  • Project management

  • Accessibility


The courses are mainly in Finnish and English, but the content can also be found in Swedish, German, Spanish and Chinese.


The eLearning service is available free of charge also for students of the University of Oulu. Students can learn how to sort or filter data in tables, create charts of data, and utilize functions in Excel's undergraduate or advanced courses. Word courses provide help with text formatting, layout and style, and creating a table of contents or instructions for academic writing, including subnotes and endnotes and marking sources.

What I did?

Eduhouse eLearning Service is available free of charge for staff and students of the University of Oulu. On the top right of the service home page, select “Login” and select the button “Login with Microsoft 365”. Use your University O365 account which is in the form of account@univ.yo.oulu.fi for staff. After logging in, all course content in the Digital Skills subject area will be available to you.

Staff can attend trainer-led digital classrooms (distance trainings) without limitation and free of charge.

Choose a course from the Eduhouse course calendar. You can see more detailed content on the course topic by clicking on the course name or the “Sign up” button. Choose the training date&time that is suitable for you and click “Sign up”. For registration information, select the option “Contract and license customers”.
