Adding a course image and banner to Moodle

In the Moodle version (4.1) used by the University of Oulu, the course image is not displayed within the Moodle course at the top of the page as a header image or banner. The course image is only shown on the course card, which is visible to a Moodle user on their Dashboard and My courses page.
