On Jan 24, a stellar group of 8 out of our 10 exceptional participants from the Fermat Math Olympiad (FMO) National Round embarked on the thrilling Final Round—right from the comfort of their homes instead of making a long journey to Vietnam! With excitement in the air, their hard work paid off as they received well-deserved medals and certificates. Join us in cheering for these remarkable mathletes who have proven their mettle!

We are excited to share the latest chess achievements of our students at the TCA 16th Annual - The ISF Academy Chess Open, held on March 8, 2026. The tournament welcomed 104 players in the Lower Primary (G1-3) session.
Counting the top four players from each school, ICS proudly secured the 4th Place School Award after seven rounds of intense competition, thanks to the following outstanding performances:
Paul Chiu (3C): 5 points
Jay Lam (3B): 5 points
Thaddeus Lee (3C): 4.5 points
Zachary Lau (1B): 3.5 points
This achievement once again highlights the strength, unity, and talent of our students, who continue to bring honor to ICS through their dedication and skill.

Competing against 29 teams, our young chess players demonstrated remarkable skill and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. ICS Team A secured an impressive 2nd place, while ICS Team B followed closely with 3rd place after seven intense rounds. Based on the best team result from each school, ICS was awarded the prestigious 1st Runner-up School Award. We are immensely proud of every student who represented ICS. Their dedication, teamwork, and perseverance were evident throughout the tournament.
