Dear ICS Community,
“Being confident of this: that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion” (Philippians 1:6).
At ICS, this promise shapes how we see every learner: uniquely known by God, and steadily being formed for His purposes.
Our mission commits us to equip students with knowledge, skills, and Christlike character, and to anchor our work in prayer and the gospel. When we know a child’s story and strengths, and attend to areas of struggle, we cooperate with the One who began the good work in them. Our Vision for Learning calls us to a Christ-centered culture of excellent teaching and learning that is sustainable; that means paying close attention to the whole child over time, not just a momentary grade.
Practically, we “know” students in four ways—what they know, what they can do, why it matters, and how they belong—so we can design learning that fits, stretches, and encourages them. We invite them to do their best, improve upon areas of weakness, and willingly receive constructive feedback, because growth is both expectation and gift. We also form hearts that love God and neighbor, and hands ready to serve, so our graduates act as responsible members of the global community who are motivated to make a difference.
Philippians also calls us to humility: to look not only to our own interests, but to the interests of others (2:3–4). In classrooms, that looks like routines that engage every voice, build on one another’s ideas, and disciple students as responsive, responsible, lifelong learners. Through faithful teaching, prayer, and partnership with families, we trust that God will complete His good work in every Warrior—one step, one day, one child at a time.
Blessings to you all,
Phillip Taylor

Justice Fong (Class of 2019)
After graduating ICS in 2019, Justice Fong earned a Master's in Technology & Politics from Cambridge and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from UCL Engineering.
Following multiple internships across different industries (healthcare, tech, consulting, and finance), Justice started his career at investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He recently transitioned to the real estate private equity and special situations team at CapitaLand, where the team opportunistically identifies and invests in deals on the high-end of the risk-to-reward spectrum.
His approach centers on equipping and preparing himself for opportunities presented by God, maintaining broad exposure with an open mind, and continuously seeking His wisdom through ups and downs.
Our school’s domestic worker clothing drive is a wonderful way to show support and appreciation for the hardworking domestic workers in our community. The goal is to collect gently used clothes in good condition that can make a real difference in someone’s life. It’s a chance for all of us to come together and give back in a meaningful way.
Please remember, this drive is specifically for clothing, hats, backpacks. so no personal hygiene items or worn-out clothes, please. The collection will take place at the ICS carpark ,so let’s work together to make this effort thoughtful and impactful! Thank you!
If your child has lost a water bottle or lunch box, please check the Lost & Found table in the car park.
Unclaimed items will be removed periodically, so be sure to look for your child's belongings soon! Thank you for your cooperation!
