Dear High School Community,
As the semester carries on, and stress, fatigue, and distractions build, it is essential to return to our shared center: Christ, who makes himself known to us through the Scriptures (Luke 24:27). God’s Word steadies us, comforts us, and directs us when our own words feel insufficient (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
From time to time, I have been especially encouraged by Ezra. After exile and disruption, Ezra stepped into a bruised community not with noise but with a clear, faithful pattern; he “set his heart” to study God’s Word, to live it, and to teach it (Ezra 7:10). Even the king’s letter recognized him as a scribe skilled and faithful in the Law of the Lord (Ezra 7:11). These three things - study, live, teach - capture the top priorities of our school.
Study: We devote ourselves to Scripture because it is God‑breathed and equips us for every good work. In classrooms, chapels, and homes, we open the Bible expecting God to address us with truth and grace (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Live: We do not want to be hearers only, but doers. We seek to embody what we learn, in our friendships, our online presence, our diligence, and our compassion, so that our faith takes visible shape in daily life (James 1:22).
Teach: We let the word of Christ dwell in us richly so that we can build one another up, students, parents, and teachers alike, teaching and encouraging in wisdom and love (Colossians 3:16). Parents, your faithful conversations at home matter deeply; impress these words on your children as you walk, sit, and rise (Deuteronomy 6:6–7).
To those who are weary, hear again the invitation of Jesus: “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). As a community, we rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep, bearing one another’s burdens in prayer and practical care (Romans 12:15).
May the Lord make us an Ezra‑shaped people, steady in study, sincere in obedience, and generous in teaching, so that our campus reflects the light of Christ in a weary world (Ezra 7:10).
Blessings,
Kiel Nation, D.Min

Whether you plan to attend university near or far, you can stay on track with the SAT. Most colleges—including those that are test optional—still accept SAT test scores. Together with high school grades, the SAT can show your potential to succeed in college or career. And if you're thinking about studying abroad, there are more than 400 universities in 85 countries outside the United States that use the SAT in the admissions process.
Parents, be empowered and equipped with the knowledge and resources you need to support your child's growth and success. This page provides resources, and we hope to help parents navigate the challenges of parenting and support your child's overall well-being.
