HS Chamber strings ensemble won a Silver award at the 2025 The Hong Kong Youth Music Interflow yesterday.
There were 21 schools attending the Music Interflow, including Queen's College, St. Paul's College, Wah Yan College, and it is the first time for HS strings joining a music contest. We are proud of the achievement and thank you for all the students’ hard work .
Congratulations to Hilton Wong (4A) whose drawing was awarded “Honourable Mention” by 26th International Meeting of Juvenile Art Evora 2025.
We are thrilled to congratulate Team D-Cubed Tiles—Clinton Li, Matthew Bird, Kaden Yeung, Wyman Kwan, and Ryan Chan—for winning the Most Innovative Project Award at the Imperial College Hackathon final round in late November.
Their project tackled one of the key issues highlighted in the HK Policy Address: preventing falls among seniors. Selected among 80+ submissions, the team advanced to the final round as one of the top 12 projects, thanks in large part to a compelling video presentation produced by Daniel Chen, which clearly communicated their vision.
Final-round judges from Imperial College’s Engineering Faculty, a Google engineer, and representatives from the Hong Kong business community evaluated each project on feasibility and scalability. Team D-Cubed Tiles stood out for their futuristic tile concept, recognized for its acute application and deep understanding of material and physics principles.
Congratulations to these future scientists on this well-deserved honor!
