Ingredients:
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Cucumber (chopped with seeds removed)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove (grated/minced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1-2 tbsp Fresh Dill
Instructions:
Peel the cucumber, cut it in hald length-wise, and in half again so that you have 4 cucumber sticks. Lay the sticks in their sides and slice out the seeds in the middle. Chop the seedless cucumber into tiny pieces.
In a bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and dill & stir.
Allow to sit in the fridge for atleast 1 hr before servings to allow the flvaour to develop.
Notes:
Dipper ideas include: carrot, cucumber, celery, crackers, pita, bell peppers, pretzels, etc.
You can use dill weed/dried dill if you don't have fresh dill (~1 tsp).
