Ingredients
1 Pound of rutabagas
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
Toss rutabaga in a large mixing bowl with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spread seasoned rutabaga evenly onto the sheet pan
Bake for ~25 mins, or until golden brown and tender
Notes
Oven roasted rutabaga can be seasoned with a variety of seasonings. You could try smoked paprika, onion powder, turmeric, dill, etc.
You can dip the roasted rutabaga in sauces like sour cream, tzatziki, or ranch!
