Ingredients
1 Potato
1/2 cup Baked Beans
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Poke potato many times with a fork to allow team to escape while cooking
Brush potato with oil and sprinkle with salt and place in oven. Bake for ~50 mins or until tender when forked and outside is crispy.
Heat the beans in a pot until they start to boil.
Carefully score the potato so that you can stuff the cheese inside. Pour the hot beans over top, season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
Notes
You can add more protein to the recipe by adding diced ham, sausage, or cooked ground meat into the beans.
If you want a quick meal, you can make the potatoes in the microwave in under 10 mins! Poke holes with a fork and start with ~6 mins and see if it is tender. Keep adding 1 min until ready.
