Ingredients:
1 can Chickpeas (15 ounce can)
1 + 1/2 Onions (chopped)
3/4 cup Fresh Parsley
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 + 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 + 1/2 tsp Salt
1 + 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 + 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 + 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
Mash chickpeas in a bowl using a potato masher, chop up onions finely, chop parsley & mince the garlic. Combine together using a food processor or blender.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, cumin, coriander, salt, lemon juice, baking powder, black pepper and cayenne together.
Combine both mixtures together and add bread crumbs slowly and combine using your hands under the mixture holds together well.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Form the mixture into 12 patties. Fry in the hot oil until browned, or about 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes:
You can serve with tahini or tzatziki sauce.
You can eat falafel with pita bread, flat bread, or lettuce wrapped.
