Ingredients
2 cups Frozen Berry Mix
1.5 cups Milk OR Juice
1/2 cup Yogurt
Optional: 1 tbsp hemp hearts, chia seeds, or flax seeds
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
Add more liquid if too thick, or add more frozen berries if it is too thick
Enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have a berry mix but have other frozen fruit, berry mixes usually include strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries.
