Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (~1 3/4 cups)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
Desired seasonings
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas. Spread out the chickpeas on a kitchen towel and pat them try and shake gently to remove loose skins.
Toss the rinsed seasonings with the olive oil and salt.
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
While chickpeas are still hot, toss them in your desired seasonings.
Notes
Seasoning ideas include paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, greek seasoning, lemon, cinnamon sugar, etc.
Keep an eye on the chickpeas while they are roasting becasue they can burn quickly.
