Ingredients
1 English Muffin
1 Egg
1 Slice of cheese
Salt and Pepper
Optional: 1 Tbsp mayo, tomato slice, piece of lettuce, dash of hot sauce, ham/bacon/sausage
Instructions
Slice an english muffin down the middle and toast it in a toaster or oven.
Heat up a small frying pan and spray it with cooking oil. Crack the egg onto the hot frying pan and season it with salt and pepper. After flipping the egg, place the cheese on top to allow it to melt.
Spread mayo onto toasted english muffin, add the egg & your desired toppings.
Notes
For a medium yolk, fry your egg for 2 mins per side in a pan heated on medium heat.
