Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 medium Banana
1 Orange (peeled)
1 cup Frozen Mango
1.5 cups Milk
Optional: 1 tbsp hemp heart, chia seeds, or flax seeds
Instructions
Peel an orange, break it into a few chunks & place it into the blender
Add the banana, pineapple, mango & milk to the blender
Blend until smooth
Enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have frozen mango, you can substitute it for more pineapple, peaches, or strawberries.
If you have extra canned pineapple, you can freeze it and use it for smoothies!
You can add a splash of coconut milk to add more tropical flavour.
If the smoothie is too thick to blend, slowly add in more milk.
