Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yogurt (Flavoured)
1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Optional: Granola, Honey drizzle
Instructions
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread the yogurt over the parchment paper in an even layer (approximately 1 cm thick).
Sprinkle the toppings over the yogurt.
Place in the freezer for ~2.5 hour or until completely solid.
Break or cut the frozen yogurt into pieces before servings.
Notes
1 cup of yogurt won't cover a whole baking sheet. It will cover ~1/3 of the baking sheet. Don't spread the yogurt too thin.
You can add additional toppings of your choice.
Use a yogurt flavour of your choice. Make sure it is thick greek yogurt so that it will hold its shape on the baking sheet.
