Ingredients:
5 cups Cooked Pasta
2 cups Chicken (chopped)
2 cups Raw Broccoli (chopped)
1/4 cup Red Onion (minced)
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Optional: 1 cup Cucumbers (chopped), 1/3 cup Bacon Bits, 1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup Mayonaise
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Cook pasta as directed on packaging
While pasta is cooking, prepare the chicken, broccoli, onion, cheese, and optional veggies if desired.
Strain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water until cooled completely.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper.
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with the sauce.
Chill in the fridge for ~1hr is possible before eating.
Notes:
You can make this pasta salad your own by adding additional veggies.
You can use rotisserie chicken, left over chicken, or freshly baked chicken. If using freshly cooked chicken, ensure it is completely cooled before adding to the salad.
