Ingredients:
5-6 Apples
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 cup Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Oats
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an oven safe baking dish.
Peel apples with a vegetable peeler or knife, and chop them into small bite sized pieces.
Toss apples in a bowl with lemon juice and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and oats.
Put the apple mixture in the bottom of the baking dish, top with the oat crumble.
Bake for ~45 mins or until apples are tender and top is golden brown.
Allow to cool for ~20 mins and enjoy!
Notes:
Recipe goes well topped with ice cream or whipped cream!
Peeling the apples is an optional step based on preference.
