Ingredients
3 Medium Zucchinis
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Slice zucchini into discs, about 1/2 a cm thick.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Place zucchini discs into the pan when the butter and oil is hot. Cook and stir occasionally until the zucchini is lightly browned and tender.
Stir in the garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Zucchinis vary in size. A medium zucchini is about 6-8 inches in length.
You can add in other vegetables such as mushrooms, bell peppers, and eggplant! Sauté them along with the zucchini.
Adjust the red pepper flakes for more or less spice as desired.
