Ingredients
1/2 cup Flavoured Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Optional toppings: fresh or frozen fruit, granola, cereal, nuts, hemp hearts
Instructions
Mix together milk and yogurt in a jar or container with a lid.
Add in chia seeds and stir thoroughly
Place in fridge overnight to tell the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
In the morning, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Allow at least 6 hour for the chia seeds to sit in the milk/yogurt mixture
Can sit in the fridge for up to 5 days, so it's perfect for meal prepped breakfasts
