Instructions:
1 Egg
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Peanut Butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix together the egg, peanut butter, and sugar.
Roll the dough into 12 balls. Place 6 on each baking sheet and press down on each ball with a fork in a criss cross pattern.
Bake for 6-8 minutes. Taking cookies out when they turn slightly brown.
Allow cookies to cool completely to ensure they set. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can you smooth or crunchy peanut butter
Cookies will over-cook quickly, ensure you keep an eye on them
They will be soft and squishy to the touch when taken out of the oven. They will harden after cooled.
