Ingredients:
3 cups Diced Cucumbers
2 cups Chopped Tomatoes
1 Bell pepper
1/3 cup Sliced Red Onion
1/3 cup Pitted Olives
3/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
Greek Salad Dressing
Instructions:
Chop up cucumber, tomato & bell pepper into small bite-sized pieces and place into a serving bowl.
Thinly slice the red onion and add into the bowl.
Add in pitted olives & feta cheese.
Add in desired about of store bought greek salad dressing.
Notes:
Adjust the ratio of ingredients to your liking.
If you want to have this salad as a complete meal, you can add in pasta noodles and chicken!
