Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas (15.5oz can)
2-4 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
3/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
Instructions
Add chickpeas, 2 tbsp water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt & paprika to a food processor.
Process until smooth. Add 2 more tbsp of water if it is too thick.
Enjoy!
Notes
Can be used as a dip for crackers, toast, or veggies!
You can add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika on top for presentation.
If you don't have a food processor, you can use a potato masher until the chickpeas reach your desired consistency.
