Ingredients:
1 + 1/4 cups Oats
2 tbsp Chia Seeds/ Flaxseeds/ Hemp Hearts OR additional oats
1/2 cup Nut Butter
1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup of add ins (see notes)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Role into ~1x1 inch balls and place onto a baking sheet
Place baking sheet in fridge for ~15 mins to allow the energy balls to set.
Place energy balls into a sealable container and refrigerate.

Choose your favourite add ins for a personalized snack. Suggestions: chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, shredded coconut, dried fruit, jam, mini marshmallows,
You can change the base flavour by adding cocoa powder or cinnamon
Energy balls will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container
If the mix is too dry to form into balls, add more peanut butter, honey or maple syrup.
