Ingredients
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Milk
1-2 tbsp Honey or Syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Optional: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, frozen or fresh berries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp nutella, chocolate chips, nuts
Instructions
Mix together all of your desired ingredients into a glass container with a lid (can use plastic wrap if you don't have a lid)
Place in fridge overnight
Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Give the oats at least 3 hours to soak before eating
Try to avoid using quick oats, as the will become very soggy
