Ingredients:
4 Eggs
8 Bacon Strips
1-2 Chicken Breasts
4 cups Lettuce
3-5 Tomatoes
1/4 cup Red Onions
Optional Toppings: Cheese, canned corn, avacado
Vinaigrette Dressing
Instructions:
Bake chicken breasts in a 375 degrees F oven with your favourite seasoning until cooked to 165 degrees F.
While chicken is cooking, boil eggs for ~12 minutes so that the yolk is firm & fry the bacon in a frying pan or in the oven on a baking sheet with parchment paper until crispy.
Chop the lettuce and tomatoes in to bite sized pieces, and thinly slice the onions.
Allow chicken, bacon, and eggs to cool before adding them to the salad.
Top with desired amount of your favourite salad dressing

You can swap the ingredients for budget friendly options or options that you have on hand. (ex. left over/rotisserie chicken & bacon bits)
This recipe is also great with creamy dressings like ranch or blue cheese dressing!
