02. What goes where?

Recap:

Activity: In your allocated group you will research your chosen organ system and create a model and explanation of what the organs in it are and how they work (what do they do to keep you alive, how and why?) You will also have to explain what your disease is, how it affects your organ system and what the consequences are.

In your group you will have to allocate letters to each individual: alpha, beta, gamma (and delta), and record them in the shared google doc. - The reason why will be explained...

Every 15 minutes you will be told to take an Instagram style selfie that you will #withanexplanation of what you are doing. These selfies need to be organised into a chronological presentation that can run alongside your final presentation of your organ system model and the explanation of what effects your 'chosen' disease will have

Activity:

Use the iPads to research your organ system. On the pictures of the models you should draw and label the locations of all the major organs in your organ system, this will help you with your planning of what your model is going to be, what it will look like, and what it will do.

By the end of the lesson your group should have:

    • Labelled diagrams of the locations of the organs in your chosen organ system.

    • A plan for what your model is going to be.

    • 3 selfies uploaded to the Google Drive folder with #explanations
