Have you made a new year's resolution? About one-third of Americans make one every year. What are the most popular ones? According to Forbes.com, the top three are: Improving physical fitness, improving finances, and improving mental health. What was last year's success rate? According to Discover Happy Habits, only 22% of last year's resolutions were kept come February! So if you've made one- best of luck to you!
