Mrs. Stearns recently experienced a
PINK concert.
Here is her story!
fHow long have you been a P¡NK fan?
In 2001 she came out with her first album. I liked her music immediately. Since then, whenever she has released a new album I have listened to it.
What is so appealing about P¡NK for you? Her music?
She basically has an "I am me, I accept you attitude" and speaks her mind. Her songs are great to belt out in the car too.
What is your favorite song by her? Did she play it in the concert?
I have a few favorites but the one that I was hoping she would play was “When I get there”. It is off her latest album and she did play it. It is a song about her father who has passed and how she hopes he is looking down at her.
When did you go see P¡NK? Where?
I saw her in Charlotte at the Spectrum Arena on November 12, 2023. We bought tickets for my Mom as a Mother’s Day present. She said to see her in concert was on her bucket list. It was nice to surprise her with the tickets.
How did you get ready for the concert?
When we bought the tickets in May I started listening to her new album. I also made sure I had some glitter to wear to the show.
How was the concert experience? What was the crowd like? How is a P¡NK concert different from someone else's? Favorite parts?
The concert was solid. She is known for her ariels and she didn’t disappoint. She had her daughter come out and sing too! Pink was lively and made the concert a lot of fun with her energy and stories about the songs. My favorite part were the dancers that used trampolines during the performance of Trustfall… INCREDIBLE!
