This month, the Green Team has continued to plan the environmental conference for this spring. If you are interested in helping to plan it as well, email Ms. Wormald! The Team is also compiling lesson plans for GLC's relating to environmental issues affecting us today.
IN THE COMMUNITY:
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is considering adding a coal ash site in Chapel Hill to it's superfund program. This means that if this site is determined to be a threat to the surrounding environment or human health, the EPA will superfund program will clean up the contaminated site.
