This guide is aimed towards finishing off the final aspects of your import image after the design is completed. There are several things you are allowed to do to make your Rukaan's import feel "complete": highlights, colored lineart, halos, and color shifts.
Subtle highlights are allowed in the following areas: hooves, nose, antlers, and eyes.
These should never obscure the coloration of the area itself and should always be subtle and not resemble shading.
You are welcome to color your lineart if you wish; however, the lineart must always be a darker version of what it sits over.
You may also add a black outline on the lineart while keeping the internal lines coloured.
You may also add a neutral-toned halo around the design. This may be lighter, darker, soft-edged or hard-edged. However, it should remain subtle and not extend much beyond the lineart.
Minor colour shifts are allowed to create a subtle 3D effect. These should not be extreme enough to have harsh red and cyan segments, and should not distort the design itself.
