23 Aug. / Repairman comes back and says our new water valve is faulty. He orders us a new one and has it shipped directly to our house and schedules a time slot in 10 days to install it. He doesn't charge us for the second water valve. / $0 / 2
3 Sept. / Repairman is scheduled from 1 to 5 pm but shows up around 8 pm. He installs the second water valve and the dishwasher still doesn't work. He determines that the problem is the water switch, orders the part and has it shipped directly to our house, and schedules a time slot in 10 days to install it. / $0 / 3
13 Sept. / Repairman is scheduled from 8 to noon and shows up around 12:30. New part doesn't fix the problem. New, different, part ordered and new appointment set. / $0 / 4
22 Sept. / Repairman scheduled for 1 to 5 pm and shows up within that time frame. He is not the same man who came the previous 4 times. He replaced the circuit board, charged us $177, and said we needed a new water inlet hose. Em picked one up for $20 and I replaced it after work. The dishwasher worked and as of October 3rd, still does. / $177 and $20 / 5
