Google Maps will get you to the corner of Bailey and Stone St, California Gully. 

Park along streets. 

There is no toilet at the site. There are toilets in the California Gully McDonalds. 

When travelling from Bendigo the most convenient toliet is at the Albert Richardson Reserve near the Victoria Hill Reserve.
