From Bendigo approach via Strathfieldsaye and Axe Creek Rd. There is no approach from the north via Orr Rd. It is nonexistent.

From south approach via Sutton Grange Rd and Axe Creek Rd.

There is parallel parking on the east side of Abbott Rd in the broad gully eat of Orr Rd.

There is no toilet at the site. When travelling from Axedale the last toilet is in Somerville Rd, Strathfieldsaye. 

When travelling from the south the last toilet is at Doveton St Elphingstone.
