From Bendigo approach via Strathfieldsaye and Axe Creek Rd. Turn left into Abbotts Rd. The parking is 1.5k along Abbotts Rd.

From south approach via Sutton Grange Rd and Axe Creek Rd. 

There is parking on the north side of Abbott Rd near the intersection with Gerrand Track.  

There is no toilet at the site. When travelling from Axedale the last toilet is in Somerville Rd, Strathfieldsaye. 

When travelling from the south the last toilet is at Doveton St Elphingstone.
