Google Maps will get you to Tarnagulla. From there turn west on the Wimmera Highway and then turn right into Gladstone St. After crossing the railway line this becomes Tarnagulla Rd. Continue to the first bend in the road.

There is no toilet at the site. There is one in Tarnagulla.
