From Bendigo approach via Strathfieldsaye Rd and Lyell Rd. Turn left into the first (northern) entrance to Scotty Track.

From south approach via Kyneton, Redesdale  and Lyell Rd. Turn left right into the second entrance to Scotty Track. 

The other entrance to Scotty Track has poor visibility. 

There is parking for 20 cars in a clearing to the north of Scotty Track. There is parking for another 10 along Scotty Track.

There is no toilet at the site. When travelling from Axedale the last toilet is in Somerville Rd, Strathfieldsaye. 

When travelling from the south the last toilet is at te corner of the Kyneton-Heathcote Rd and Lyall Rd in Redesdale.
