From Bendigo approach via Strathfieldsaye Rd and Lyell Rd. Turn left into Twin Rivers Rd and then right into Coliban Pool Rd and then the dirt Ryans Lane. In less than a kilometre Ryans Lane turns right and on the left is a clearing associated with an unnamed road.  

There is parking for 20 cars in the clearing and a further 20 along the unnamed track.

There is no toilet at the site. When travelling from Axedale the last toilet is in Somerville Rd, Strathfieldsaye. 

When travelling from the south the last toilet is at te corner of the Kyneton-Heathcote Rd and Lyall Rd in Redesdale.
