4 avocados
1 tomato, diced
1/4 large onion, diced
juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado out of the shell into a large bowl. Mash the avocados by hand with a
potato masher. Let some chunkiness remain. Add diced tomato, onion, lime juice, and salt; mix well. Serve with chips or thinly sliced jicama.
