1 cup cold milk
1 package (1 ounce) instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft set. Add 1 cup sour cream to pudding
mixture.
Whisk in the sour cream. Chill. Serve with a variety of fruits as desired.
